The two teams have a favourable chance of winning at this point. Earlier in the tournament, I would have surely said Spain, but the way Italy has been playing turned my mind. They have an amazing passing game and control the tempo of the game well. Spain does the same thing, but they tend to force the ball at times with really close passes that are good at breaking through but are also really risky. This might look good for Spain, but I don't think it's possible to get through Cheillini AND Bonucci, especially with headers. Italy's midfielders are also good at coming back and supporting defense.
I proclaim Italy will win.
